Sorry no Chinese input. 

Current tenant didn't renew by 6/30. One day on the market a client wants to sign the house and the current tenant changed their minds. The potential tenant is an expat family and will sign for 2 years with $200 lower rent but there is no risk at all. Current tenant asked me to reconsider because they can't move without in-laws' help and in-laws can't come to the State.

what would you do?
