I had a Russian couple tenant.

Too errogant, thinking I need service them everthing like a hotel because they pay rent. Rude and disrecpectiful. All my service guys do not want come to their house the second time. 

Finally get evicted. I personally will distance from them in the future. But this might be just one case.
