I am not sure for 401 K. since I don;t have 401K

As I said below. However, after I put 15K into my 403B, I can still put 4000 into traditional IRA. (1040 instruction, page 32, the IRA deduction worksheet) The phase-out is 80K-90K. I have been done that for last 3 years.
