This is assisted living, not nursing home

Assited living never had to take medicaid, it is purely based on contract without any regulation. If the seniors checked into a nusring home, they'd be fine.   Nursing home is regulated. 

The problem is the inflation drives up assisted living company's cost and medicaid is not enough for them anymore.
