合同上写着：Landlord may also exhibit the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or lessees upon reasonable notice to the Tenant(s)。如果租客执意不配合，房东是可以启动eviction程序的。但这样做是否不值得？会有什么样的后果？请指教。
