从字面上讲，他们说的可能没错。但是不适用于你这个情况，照片上显示缺了6英寸的高度，草和雨平不了。

You：the lawn is uneven, can you fix it?   (You are minimizing the issue) 

Them: don't worry, rains will smooth it out.  (Doesn't sound too bad). 

You: You are fcuking kidding me, I am missing fcuking 6 inches of soil.
