Besides rental house, my own primary house pays 

homeowner: $4k

flood: $1.5K

wind: $3.5K

Total insurance around 8K and 9K tax. Home accesse value around 650K with homestead. Even with this rate, last year the insurance company still ditch my policy, so I have to pay more to get covered.
