The last time I checked the house is last November, Yes, you are right, I should check it more often.

There is another reason I wanted them to move out, they would like to open a home-care in my house, they are going to get 4 more kids to take care in the day time, is that risky, I have no experience on that.

They still want to live in it if I let them. but I am afraid there is liability issue because of the mold.

any suggestion?
