how to get a land deed, please?

I need to put two people's names on the deed. The seller will give me a quick deed (? quit claim deed), the seller will do some document at the county. Do I need to tell the seller the two names? Can I add another name to the land when I register with the county? First time buy, don't know much. Thanks a lot.
