不是地产圈子里的人最好不参与

多数人参与的原因是想追求高回报。想短期内发财。但是圈外的人很难分清楚是众筹还是传销。如今很多传销的手法和众筹如出一辙。基本分不清楚。所以风险很大。

但是实际上一个人如果能承担众筹的风险，那肯定能承受股票的风险。买入指数基金或REIT指数，average compounded return is  7-10%. 致富没问题，就是需要时间而已。

But most people don't want to get rich slowly. They want to be rich tomorrow. Lol... Because of this, people who can set the rules will get rich much faster than others.
