Announcement Date: 吼一嗓子，有东西快要拍卖了

Auction Date: 拍卖日

你要下单，是在 announcement 后，auction 前才能下单。Auction 那天起个早也还能下单，晚了就不让下单了。多早我记不得了。我们散户都是非竞争投标者，随大流。

Issue Date: 发行日，那天财政部把借条放到你账户，同时把你的钱拿走（按拍卖的价钱拿钱，比面值低一点）

Maturity Date: 到期日，那天财政部还你钱（按面值还钱）

关于 Investment Rate 的计算，大致过程这样：

1.  从 High (discount) Rate 计算出 (Discount) Price:

    (Discount) Price = 100 x [ 1- High Rate x (Days / 360) ]  （行业规范，用360天作为1年）

2.  从投资的 Price 到还给你的钱，差别就是你的 Return （回报）。比如投资面值100刀回报就是回来的钱减去初始投资的钱

    Return = 100 - Price

3.  Return Rate （回报率）就是（初始投资 = Price，挣钱 = Return = 100 - Price）

    Return Rate = Return / Price

4.  Annualized Return Rate （年化回报率）就是按比例把 Return Rate 放大

    Anualized Return Rate = (Return Rate / Days) x 365  (for leap year x 366)

Investment Rate = Anualized Return Rate
