Things a contractor needed.

1. bond:  in case the contractor went bankcrypt or otherwise unable to finish project, the insurance company will pay others to finish the project. 

2. insured:  in case the contractor damaged the client's property during work. 

3. worker's comp:  in case the contractor and its worker got injured during work.
