Investors sentiment at extreme bearish

AAII investors sentiment at 60.9% bearish level. This is around the lowest level in history. Usually when this happens, you would see a short term low of the market. This year is really a difficut year for stock investors especially those in tech sector. There are just too many lessons learned here. 

Is this the absolute low of the market? No one knows. But even biggest bears of the market say

"At 3600, dip your toe in, at 3400 half in, at 3000 all in". Those are the levels to watch. But one thing for sure is that if you buy today, your risk is a lot less than you bought early this year. And the best period for stocks are coming around the corner (worst month is Sep). 

Am I perticually bullish about the market at this point? Not really. However, when it is too much bearish in the market, we should slowly move to the other side. Slowly... LOL...
