大家打广告的时候加上这句吗？

670 minimum credit score with no court action or collections on rental property. 有少数的地主还写 This property is not set up to accept government allowence. 

我偶尔很看到，估计是为了省事。但很多广告都没有，是为了不要限制申请的人，看看有例外的人吗？
