Miat.will you check tenant's utinilty bill while they ganna

move out?as I thought those are all responsible by them.and never happen to me before.but today one of my new tenant got a old water bill from last tenant.and I called the water company.they said we still need to pay for it even not under our name on the account. the company only according to the address.is that right? thank you !
