was coming todetermine where it is clog. However after they dug 2 8-ft holes around the house, they determine that no need to decide where the clog was, they just told me I need to replace all the weeping tiles around the house. (in hindersight, i think it is to their benefit not to find out where the clog exactly is, so they can start a bigger, more profitable project to replace all weeping tiles.
But I later called two contractors to have an idea on the costs on the weeping tile replacements. Both told me the contractor that dug the holes shall put snake camera in, even though there are water.
Maybe I shall ask quotes on sump-pump installation to get an idea if some contractors can solve the problem by installing a sump-pump someway to pump out all the water constantly...
