I really don't think you should have any particular concern

just because she is Jewish. The key point is to get detailed information from the seller about how she did as a tenant (paid rent on time? and other related issues).

If you are talkig about an Indian tenant, you may worry about their cooking habit with a very particular flavor (curry stuff?) that can make your house smelling all the time, and hard to get rid of. : )))
