Q to Canadians having rental business in US, do you buy travel i

some other health insurance. I plan to stay in US about 6 months/yr for rental business only. I know Canada government health care covers visits to US doctors, however it has limit on hospital or other major issues that may come up.

I see many Canadians here doing rental business in US. How do you manage the health care? I am afraid 3-6 m traveler insurance may not be sufficient.
