1 centimeter vertical from outside

From inside, I can see series of mason bricks settled down with one stair-like crack line of 1 cm too.

How much does it cost to fix it?

It is a single family house. It was listed for $99000. As I know the listing agent, we got it for $90000. After I found the crack and told the buyer, he decided to back out.

I feel that I can ask a further price reduction of $10K using this as an excuse, but don't know how much it costs to fix it.
