Ottawa Average Residential Home Prices and % Price Increases from 1990-2020

Ottwa population increase rate is about 1-2 percent per year. 

Ottwa family income is not high. the top 10% only making more than 100k. Average increase is 3.6%. Put these two factors together, house price over 6% per year is not sustainable.
