向地主们讨教一个stupid question

你们常说现金流，英文里是cash flow。在公司的financial statement里，cash flow是Earnings Before Interest，Tax，Depreciation，Amortization （EBITDA), 在你们的估算里，现金流是否也同样没有包括Mortgage Interest，Property Tax，etc？
