I hope this email finds you well. I need to address the deposits on the lease for xxx xxx. 

 

All deposits have to be received today by 5pm in order to keep lease in place. $1995 plus $500 pet deposit to the zelle account I provided to you. 

 

Unfortunately, if deposits are not received by 5pm,  we will need to look at other applications.
