是换整个空调管道（duct system) 还是就加几个return air vents

我前二个月请了三家空调公司估价。装四个return air vents (each bedroom)。他们的要价是$1700， $2600 and $3200. 管道都是用fiberglass。如换掉现有的duct system plus adding 4 return air vents, it's about $7300. 房子建于25年前。你们觉得有必要把整个duct system全换掉还是就加几个vents. 我这很潮湿，夏天很热。目前房子只有一个return air vent. 现在天气凉快些，空调公司可以在attic干活了。所以我要决定要不要做。
