short sale condo.1945.two bedroom one bath.downtown location.market price$99000to $110000.listing price $37000.condo fee $300 per month .including heat.water.sewer.trash.can be rent for $900 or $1000.there is a tenant there now .going to see tomorrow.going to offer full price.with cash deal.等不及子弹了.上次就因为等子弹错过了一个.地税加保险$200 per month.how is that?
