it is not closing cost
let me give the detail.
example: bank approve the price 600,000
first bank want 570,000
bank(seller) cosing cost and pay for commmision: 33000
see there is a 3000 difference form the seller which is bank side
my agent told me i have to pay this 3000 for the seller because it is a short sale
i have to pay all my clsoing cost as a buyer side .
