short sale question , please help

short sale 搞了4个月，总算快进入尾声-银行prove the price。然而扣除所有的cost, 有一个月$3000差价，比如说fianl sales price is $60000, but the cost for over all is $603000. 我的agent说这3000块得有buyer 也就是我们来付。是这样吗？有没有懂这个的，请帮忙。谢谢！
