Help! Is it safe to lease the house to person that filed bankrup

My situation is my hu*****and is working in California now, I have three young kids, two boys and one girl. I planed to move to CA, but the house price had dropped a lot and I believe it's not easy to sell it now, so I put the house on the leasing market now. Yesterday, a couple came to see the house and filed lease application. They want to sign two year contact, but I also found that the man filed bankruptcy last May, he said it's due to divorce. Both of the couple's credit score are not very good, the hu*****and's credit score is about 600, the wife's credit score is about 565. I think they budget is pretty tight, but the agent pushed a lot, and I really don't feel very comfortable.

In this forum, I know lots of landlords here, please help me, in this case, do you think it's safe to rent the house to them?
