What a silly idea!

You may know some of general idea of the property transaction, but I bet you (exact you) don't have enough knowledge to purchase a property and to apply a loan from lender by yourself. Even if you know anything, few prople want to deal with you, because the buyer/ seller doesn't trust you if you do not have an agent with you. Sorry for your computer solution!
