报税问题请教 Qualified business income

问题1. Turbotax 好像只能放24个房子在里面，

问题2： 好像盈利的房子放里面可以降低收入。但是亏损的房子放里面会增加税收，这是怎么回事？和下面说的real estate professional benefits 不同。
