都有人开始卖房了。感觉脑子不太清醒，

卖房的损失一般来说肯定不止15000。手续费就6%。

卖房再买万一没赶上车踏空了损失就更大了。房价不会等你。

 

如果实在要把名字拿掉直接quit claim deed。recording 费用不超过100。多简单的事情。
