Mask off lower areas of home where access to worksite are from project debris. Remove carpet from the upstairs work area and haul away
remove all blown in insulation in area where trusses to be removed. Remove all Sheetrock from ceilings where trusses will be removed. hire crane service for removing and installing new trusses
remove 6 in of drywall min around perimeter/exterior walls to expose any clips/hardware holding trusses down. brace all interior walls for when trusses will be removed. Remove roofing on area where trusses will be removed. Have electrician remove all ceiling lights and wires that are compromised. Remove truss system from home and reinstall new engineered trusses. re-sheet new trusses and re frame lay on roof areas.
install all needed bird blocks and blocking on new truss system
re roof entire roof with new Malarkey SBS shingles
repaint all exterior soffits
provide and install new gutters where removed
have electrician re wire all lights and switches that were removed for construction. replace all ducting, H VAC that was damaged in the fire
repair all plumbing vents that were damaged in fire. re side gable end wall and paint siding to match. Hang new Sheetrock on all ceilings and walls that were removed. Mud tape and texture all new sheet rock to match existing
Prime and paint entire interior walls, ceilings, and trim/doors using Sherwin Williams paint products. Re insulate ceiling up to current code standard. replace back door from garage with new pre hung exterior door. open up moldy areas in garage to asses the mold situation and advise from there. Replace all carpeting and pad in home. All construction debris will be hauled off site via dumpster
Make ready clean.
