请问懂电的地主，电源插座如果不使用自己会坏吗?

后院房子外面的插座，两周前刚换的，房客今天就说坏了。这个插座去年夏天换过不久，他们就说坏了。今年又去换了，不可能不使用就自己坏掉。我觉得是他们的电割草机有问题。可也没证据。

We never used it since you were here. We both heard a loud, brief buzz sound coming from the outlet about a week ago and I saw the reset light was on. We tried to press it but it didn't work. We think it must be a wiring issue.
