１０.　现在的低利率绝对不能阻止房价的下跌。想想日本人多地少，房价自二十年前跌了70%后，利率一直在2%左右，但十多年来房价都是波澜不惊，从没有什么像样的涨幅。美国的房价也许会重复日本的模式，低利率和Obama是无能为力的。
