房子找不到合适的人租

已经第十天了，还是找不到适合的人租房。今天收到一个邮件，“Hello, My name is XXX，and I am a Search Specialist at ALE Solutions INC. My company works with Insurance Adjusters, as a third party, to find short term leases for individuals who have lost their homes due to damages. We have a local family that had some damage to their home. I found this rental online I wanted to see if this is still available?
