富贵险中求 III – The best things in life are free ：）

闷在家里的日子， 对于我类无根的“空中飞人”一族，是很难熬的。我想念在飞机场匆匆忙忙中瞬间的宁静： 我想念SFO Polaris lounge 的夹蛋的汉堡; 我想念FRA 休息室洗个热水澡的舒适。I miss my morning coffee, 在黄浦江边，在爱琴海的小岛，在Hudson river 的对面，度过一天中最美妙的置身世外的10分钟. 我想念SHA--> TSA的无敌快速，享受“才饮长沙水，又食武昌鱼”的乐趣。 我也想念Luxury Hotel, Luxury store 小经理们虚假和势力的笑容。 我们老留无依无靠，在外打拼，一点点小恩小惠，就感激的要死。我们匆匆的享受浮于表面的安逸，其实我心里也知道，这种transactional relationship, they never last… 钱买得到的东西，永远是廉价的   

COVID-19对美国的破坏会是空前的。才一周的光景，it is already Enemy At (no, inside) the Gate!! 到今天为止，我3月份收租率是~92%，剩下的应该只能延期甚至放弃了。随着大面积的封城（Shelter In Place）, 4月份non-credit 的收租率我预期少过50%。疫情拖到五月，我已经准备好只收NNN部分的租金。我对所有来电的焦急的租客都回答 – We are in this together！！ I keep you afloat, you keep me afloat! 已经有至少两位商家裁员，只留家庭成员。大型餐厅资金缺口更大，他们撑不到四月底。

在这个最阴暗的时刻，我怀念先朝的伟人和智者。我更鄙视现今无良的政客，和我们厚颜的小商贩式领袖的伎俩（or the lack of it）。 哎， 下次再聊。
