On zillow, I saw the listed sold price of one house is

actually 20,000 higher than the real sold price which I just happen to know. Reason for this? I don't know. I just heard that sometimes the sellers would like to give buyers some meney back to keep the listed sold price higher to benefit the reputation of that subvision. Similar reason? no idea.
