加州如果是month to month的lease，需要landlord给出60天的notice 而tenant只需要30天的

notice to move out。lease end往前算的发通知日开始30天或60天。

通常如果tenant不想搬的话，landlord会有麻烦，很多情况不一定能让tenant搬走，除非掏腰包。所以还是和tenant先talk一下看看他们什么意思不要弄僵了反而变主动为被动了。
