1. Listing agent and it's broker are the seller.  When listing agent replied the email the offer is ready for attorney review on Monday, it indicates the contract is signed by listing agent, althought the signed contract is not deliveried back to buyer agent.  

2. Listing agent announced offer deadline but extended it without giving notice to all the buyers and their agents. 

3. Listing agent disclosed other offer's purchase price.
