On August 1st 2019, contractor and owner had signed a working contract to install AC unit of 3 Ton with brand name Arm Strong for address CA 92407. (attached contract agreement #1) The contract total cost $5000.00 with $1000 gave to contractor. $3000.00 deposit to Cristina account who worked with contractor on August 1st 2019 (attached bank receipts #2). The rest $1000 will give after work done. On 10-14-2019, contractor requested to upgrade the AC from 3 Ton to 4 Ton with addition of $870.00. (Attached invoice #3). On 10-29-2019, contractor requested to upgrade the electricity panel form 100A to 200A, I paid $1080 ($300 cash to contractor receipt #5; $500 to Banessa account who worked with contractor # 5A, $280 to contractor for labor receipt 5C. ). I apply City permit for AC installation $192 (Attached #45). I apply City permit for electricity panel $227 (Attached #46). Up to 2/7/2020 the AC have not installed and electricity panel not update. I have some picture of the working place (#11, #12, #13) The property owner request court 1. get the money back from contractor total $6369 ($4000, $870, $800, $280, $192, $227) 2. Terminate the contract, The property owner will find another contractor to do the work.
