Windemere in San Samon is one of the best place to invest RE in

Last weekend, I took a visit to a friend's home in Windemere community in San Ramon. It really surprised me. The house is big, the price is very reasonable (2600 square feet house is just 850K), and the enviroment is beautiful in spring season. San Ramon school district is one of the best in Bay Area. The windemere ranch middle school has an API score of 934 in 2006, which is just as high as that of the best middle school in Palo Alto. So far, San Ramon has three high schools and their API scores (around 870) are very close to those (around 890) of Gun high and Palo Alto high in Palo Alto. However, the house price of Windemere is just half of that of Palo Alto. My friend told me that lots of people believe Windemere will be another Mission San Jose or Cupertino. I am going to keep looking at the model house at Windemere in the coming weekends. If you live in Bay Area and want to join a trip, we may go there together and have fun.
