Commitment fee?

I am applying for refinancing from an agent now and when the good faith estimate came in last night, there are some costs she did not mention during our phone conversation. One of costs is “commitment fee” around $800K. Is it the same as application fee? She told me there was no application fee whatsoever. Need you experts give advises.
