请教，这种情况的租客大家会考虑吗？已婚和男方父母一起住，因此没有rental history

下面是女的发来的email，说因为和in-laws 一起住所有没有rental history，说如果rental history is a must就不耽误我的时间看房了。请问rental history 是 a must吗？

"We have been living with my in-laws who are on a fixed income and they are now ready to downsize and we do not wish to own. Our lack of rental history has been a big stumbling block for us and we do not want to waste your time in looking at the unit if this is a must."
