transcript 是权威，不容你作假，但它只是一个 summary. 

A lot of times, you wrote off majority of your rental income, so it is hard to figure out your true income from the transcript. That's when the Bank will request a full copy of your tax return.

Your tax return shall provide the details. (Of course  Bank will compare your tax return with the transcript, to ensure you are not submitting to them a faulty copy.)
