Do not agree

Like currently variable rate is only 2.55% what I am paying for 1 of the house, 2.7% for another one. You definitely make money on that rate.
0.01 rule serves well.
For sure not every house you can invest, just like mostly you lose money on stock market but there is good investment house same as good stock to pick.
Generally housing is for consumption not for investment I agree.
