紧急： 请教大家一个 关于 年纪大的老年 租户 申请

大家好，我有一个 独立屋正在找 租户， 我的经纪收到一个老年夫妇的申请， 一个75岁 一个 81 岁。 他们的收入是没有问题的， 我想问下 这个年龄的申请人 将来会不会 烦事 多， 风险大？ 希望 有经验的朋友发表下意见， 非常感谢。

This application is from a married couple, Carolyn and Gilles, who are in their mid-70's/early 80's. They have applied to the property for a July 1st start date, have no pets and do not smoke. Their currently landlord has sold the home they've been renting for the past 2 years and they're looking for something to stay in long-term. They have provided their landlord's contact information to call for a reference and both report to have good credit. 

 

Gilles is retired and received Old Age Security, Canadian Pension Plan, and a pension from his old employer. All of this totals approx $2,700/month. He has not provided anything to verify this but I can request it, if you're interested in moving forward with their application. 

 

Carolyn is employed as a Regional Property Manager earning an annual salary of $65,000. She has provided her 4 most recent pay stubs to verify her income which show that she nets approx $1,800.00 bi-weekly.

 

Carolyn has expressed that she would like the stove replaced with a new stove. She mentioned that this is a deal-breaker for her as she feels the stove currently at the property is very old and worn out. She also asked that I tell you that she is a "clean-freak" and has a cleaner come to her home 2x per month to deep clean it. She has also requested permission to have the counters upgraded but that she would pay for this on her own.
