5% vacancy is like owning a money tree, 10% is making a paycheck

5% vacancy is like owning a money tree, 10% is making a paycheck, 15% is breaking even, if at 20%, might as well go kick the bucket.

I rarely have vacancy over 5% in the past, but the last 3 month is more like 8%.
