I just spoke with you on the phone about the 2 bedroom with the eviction I have. I subleased to someone who needed a place to stay and I moved states, they stopped paying and didn't inform me and I wasn’t aware of any evictions until two years later and currently paying it off through collections, I have proof of that as well. I do have a co signer if you guys are willing to work with me or maybe could possibly pay a higher deposit. The place I am currently in is just too small and I just had my twin girls so we need a bigger space.
