Evidence of   Foundation Inspection   certification by a licensed/qualified individual for the following:  The appraiser notates needed repairs, deferred maintenance, inspections, and/or physical deficiencies to the subject property.  Per the appraiser - "My inspection revealed some settlement with the concrete block foundation, the basement wall has some what appears to be at the frost line horizontal cracks".  Accordingly, a Prior To Condition has been added for a Foundation Inspection  (with any subsequent repairs as a result of the Foundation Inspection findings/analysis). All recommended repairs to be completed & reinspected by the same professional prior to closing.  Home Inspector may not be utilized for conventional financing.
