中部。自住房马上要转出租房。房子1449sqt. Local一家公司给的估价是5000刀。用的材料是Certainteed 3 tab 25 year shingles, using synthetic elephant hide underlayment, 颜色是 Moire Black shingles.

合同包括：1. Remove existing roofing material from entire roof and haul away. 2. Install energy effient roof vents on all ridges. 3. Install water and ice shield in all valleys and around chimney. 4. Install new step flashing in all needed areas. 5. Add new drip edge as per local city code 6. Clean up all roofing debris and magnetically swept for nails.

不包括：Decking boards replaced @$40 per 4'X8' board

第一次换屋顶，什么都不懂，想请教版上的大侠们，

1.这个decking boards replacement一般包括在换屋顶里面的吗？如果换的面积大，好像花费不小。

2. 用的这个shingles的材料还可以吗？大家一般选的是哪种?
