我妈买的... 偶上大学时住的。后来工作搬到了外州就租给了一个医生，她住了八年，去年四月她搬出去了。我花了三个月remodeling.

Remodeling 上市第二天就租了出去。偶用turboxtax, 那个房子从八年前就开始deduct depreciation; 因为从来没有花钱修过啥，八年了，so the depreciations are the same every year. I am not sure how do I modify the amount since this is considering a major renovation. Thanks!
